Speakers Fee
The speaker's fee or “stipend” is waived. You can very easily book Dave for FREE!

Additional Expenses
The host is responsible for all travel expenses, which include booking airfare, ground transportation, accommodations, meals and incidentals. Dave travels pretty simply at this stage of his life, understanding economic realities and such, as well, so he's very willing to work with you on the itinerary.

Audio and Video Taping of Appearances
Permission really must be received from Dave prior to an event to audio or videotape at his presentation and if recorded, a quality copy must be given to him. No planting of any video or audio on YouTube type sites or Blogs, please, without Dave's permission. Please work with me on this one!

Contract
Dave works with very minimal paperwork. A contract in the form of an e-mail will be sent to the host to ensure that the needs of both parties are understood. That's it.

Payment Terms
A small retainer fee is collected by Dave at the time he's booked for an event. This deposit simply guarantees the date is reserved on Dave's Calendar and ultimately goes toward future travel expenses to the event. It is not a hidden, "what's this?" fee.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the host, the retainer fee will be forfeited, though Dave is not unreasonable and will always work with you.
